I HAVE BEEN REPAIRING CARS AND TRUCKS SINCE 1975.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I WANT TO MAKE THEM FEEL LIKE THER AUTO HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF AND NOT BEEN OVERCHARGED. OUR INVOICES DONT HAVE ALL THE LITTLE ADD ON THAT YOU SEE AT OTHER SHOPS THOSE ADDITIONAL CHARGES SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THERE SHOP RATE ALREADY AS THEY ARE PART OF THE COST INCLUDED IN HOURLY RATE.
